By using the Hobby Zone website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders and Pricing
- Price Changes: Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. If a price change occurs after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the transaction.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery is free for certain items, while others will incur a delivery fee.
- Stock Availability: Orders are accepted based on stock availability. If an item or a specific color you requested is out of stock, we will notify you before dispatching the order.
2. Delivery
- Service Provider: We utilize Koobiyo Delivery for our shipping services.
- Timeline: You can expect to receive your goods within four (4) working days from the date of the order.
- Delays: While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.
- Contact & Returns: Once the package is handed over to the courier, they will call you before delivery. If they are unable to contact you for three (3) consecutive days, the package will be returned to us.
- Pre-payments: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exceeding Rs. 20,000 or weighing over 3kg, the delivery fee must be paid in advance.
3. Product Nature
Safety Warning: Certain models may contain small parts unsuitable for young children. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.
4. Warranty and Returns
- Quality Check: All items undergo a quality inspection by us to ensure high standards before being sold to customers.
- Damage Reporting: If there is a defect caused during delivery or a technical fault not caused by the user, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
- Specific Warranties: Warranty periods and regulations vary by product. Please contact us before purchasing for specific details regarding a particular item.
- Liability: Hobby Zone is not liable for any damages or accidents resulting from the misuse of products.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Payment Methods: We accept all major bank cards for payments.
- Return Shipping: If an item is returned due to a defect or any other reason, the customer is responsible for all associated delivery charges.
- Refund Policy: Refund requests will be evaluated based on the situation. Refunds will only be processed after the item has been returned to us, inspected, and if the reason for the refund is deemed valid under our conditions.
